The G4500S provides the foundation to turn your Axim X50/X51 into a system that includes a state of the art real-time navigation system and MP3 Music Player.
GPS Receiver Compatibility - You have the option of using either a wired GPS receiver (with the connectivity of our built-in RJ11 jack), or, using your Axim's built-in Bluetooth capabilities to connect to a Bluetooth receiver (sold separately). Combine a GPS receiver with the GPS software of your choice, and youre on your way!
Multifunction Cradle - The G4500S securely holds your Axim in place and comes equipped with the needed components to mount your Axim in one of two ways. The kit includes both window and air vent mounting brackets along with a swivel base allowing for optimal viewing placement.
Built in External Speaker - The G4500S includes a high quality speaker that provides powerful volume boosting. GPS navigation commands and .mp3 music can be routed through this speaker, which has an adjustable volume control.
DC Power Input - The G4500S includes a DC charger so your Axim has a continuous power source whenever it is docked. Optionally, you can purchase our hardwire cable that allows you to connect the cradle directly to your vehicle's electrical system, bypassing the need for the included DC charger.
DC Power Output - The G4500S includes a DC output port that can be used for powering other devices without having to use an additional power adapter, with the use of an appropriate adapter cable. You can also power our FM Transmitter (available separately) directly from the cradle with the purchase of our optional DC power adapter cable.
Slide and GO! - With our custom fitted mount, all you have to do is slide your Axim X50/51 into the cradle, power up, and go! GPS navigation and MP3 playback are yours for the taking (with the optional purchase of a GPS receiver and software). It's like having a GPS system and more built right into your car. You'll be able to use your Axim as the ultimate guidance and entertainment system it was meant to be!
