Price Match:

At Semsons, we offer a low price guarantee for all our GPS hardware and software products except for Garmin, TomTom, and Mio products. If you find a price lower than ours on the Qualified Internet Retailer sites listed below, and you meet the eligibility requirements listed below, you may qualify for a price match.

Qualified Internet Retailer:
- Store listed on Resellerratings.com with 7.5 or better rating
- Store listed on Yahoo Shopping with 3 Stars or better rating.
- CNET Certified Store.

Price Match Condition:
- The identical product must be in-stock and priced accurately.
- Requests must be submitted within seven days from the date of purchase.
- Price Match does not apply to open box, clearance, refurbished products.

Price Match Criteria:
- Price comparisons are based on the product price plus shipping charges.
- Price Match can not be combined with coupon codes for further discounts.
- Price Match does not apply to membership pricing.
- Price Match is subject to change at any time.

How do I submit a Price Match?
Email to info@semsons.biz. Your email must include the following or it will be rejected:

- Semsons Order Number.
- URL to the competitor's product.
- Date you saw the competitor's product at that price.
- The amount of the refund you are requesting.

Return Policy:
At Semsons, customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We want EVERY customer to leave a HAPPY customer. Therefore, Semsons has implemented the following return policy (from date of purchase):

0-30 days:
Full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Opened products are subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee unless the product is defective on arrival. 15% restocking fee will be charged to returns with incomplete or damaged package and additional fee will be charged for missing accessories. Semsons holds no liability for damage to your devices caused by products sold directly or indirectly from our company.


For TomTom, Garmin, and Mio products, please contact the manufacturer directly for first-tier support and exchange.

Software, Screen Protector, PDA, and bundle packages w/ PDA or software are not eligible for refunds. Exchange for the same item only. If the part of the bundle package is returned, the remaining parts will be charged at the full price.

RMA Request Instructions:
1. All merchandise returned for credit, repair, or exchange must have a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. 25% minimum restocking fee will be charged for returns without RMA number.

2. Please obtain a RMA number at info@semsons.com or info@semsons.biz before returning any item. When requesting a RMA number, please state your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for return. We will only accept returns which have an RMA number.

3. Please print the RMA number clearly on the return label to avoid any delay in processing. Please send package to:

4. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Products must be received within 15 days (US) or 25 days (international) of the RMA issuance date.

5. Please return item via trackable method, Semsons will not be responsible for shipment lost during return process.

6. Once the returned merchandise is received, we will promptly replace any defective merchandise or exchange with items of the same value if the original product is no longer available.

7. RMA will take about 7-10 business days to process. Replacement package will be returned via shipping methods below.


- 1st Class mail (7-10 days) for items less than $150 in value.
- Standard shipping (3-5 days) for items $150 or greater in value.

- Global Priority Mail or Air Mail (10-14 days) for items less than $150 in value.
- Global Express Mail (7-10 days) for items $150 or greater in value.

Most of the products sold through Semsons have one year factory warranty from the date of purchase. If the product becomes defective within one year, Semsons will provide replacment at no extra charge. The return product must be in the original condition to qualify for replacement. Product warranty will be voided if the return product is physically damaged or has been modified in anyway (including the firmware). Out of warranty service is subject to a minimum 30% service fee.

If the warranty information on the product page is different from the general return policy on this page, please follow the warranty information on the product page.

The warranty does not apply to:

1. Damage or loss caused by negligence, misuse, accident, improper installation or operation.

2. A defect that has been caused by modification or repair by any 3rd party.

3. Any liability for incidental or consequential damages.

Semsons shall have no liability or responsibility to the Original Owner or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by our products. Except for the express warranty stated above, Semsons makes no other warranties with respect to our products, expressed or implied.

All returns must be sent to Semsons at the Original Owner's expense.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights in your state or country.
